How it works
- You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a refund.
- To request a refund, email doverly.official@gmail.com with your order number and delivery date.
- You do NOT need to mail the book back to get your refund.
- We reply within 1-2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement, or refund you if a replacement isn't possible, at no cost to you.

Digital bonuses
Free digital bonuses (such as the Practice Workbook and Cheat Sheet) are delivered instantly and are non-returnable, but they don't affect the refund on your book.

A few details
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order was never delivered.
- Bundles and multi-packs are covered under the same 30-day guarantee.
- We may decline requests that show clear signs of misuse or repeat abuse of the guarantee.
