Thank you for shopping with Doverly. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times (after processing)
- United States: 6-12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6-10 business days
- Australia: 6-11 business days
- Canada: 7-9 business days
- New Zealand: 6-10 business days

These are estimates. Delivery may be affected by customs, weather, or high order volume, and we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Shipping Fees
- FREE standard shipping on orders over $50.
- Orders under $50: a flat $4.99 rate, shown at checkout before payment.
- All prices are in USD.

Customs & Import Duties
Duties and import taxes are already included in your order — you won't be charged extra fees on delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at doverly.official@gmail.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time or appears lost in transit, contact us at doverly.official@gmail.com and we'll help. Once tracking shows an order as "Delivered" to the correct address, Doverly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors, and contact your local carrier, who can often provide GPS delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please make sure all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
